Cancellation Policy

This policy is to establish the terms & conditions of tarot your reading booking with Lita. By booking a tarot reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. This policy applies to all tarot reading bookings made through our platform, including but not limited to: One-on-one tarot readings Group readings Online workshops and classes Other tarot-related services Booking and Payment Booking: To book a tarot reading, you must complete the online booking form and provide the required information. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. Accepted Payment Paypal and Direct debit. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your in person booking, you must notify me at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 or less may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule an online reading you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged the full fee for the service. Service Standards Reader Qualifications: Lita is experienced & trained in the art of tarot & will conduct each reading with professionalism & respect. Reading Time: Each reading is scheduled for up to 1 hour. Please allow 80 minutes for the reading to take place. Communication: Lita will communicate with you via Website or via email & depending on the type of reading agreed upon (Youtube recorded video, In person or Zoom) Confidentiality and Privacy Confidentiality: All information shared during a tarot reading is confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of our platform. Data Protection: We will protect your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Disclaimers and Limitations No Guarantees: Tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only & are not intended to predict or guarantee specific outcomes. Limitations: Tarot readings are subject to the limitations of human understanding and may not be suitable for individuals with certain mental or emotional health conditions.
