Cancellation Policy

Waiver and Cancellation Policy for Group Meditation By participating in this Group Meditation session, you agree to the following: I understand that the purpose of this Group Meditation session is to provide a shared meditation experience and not to diagnose or treat any medical or psychological conditions. I understand that I will be sharing a space with other individuals who are also participating in the meditation, and I agree to respect their personal space and boundaries. I understand that the facilitator, Lita of Love Scorpio Moon, will provide guidance and support throughout the meditation, but will not provide individualized attention or diagnosis. I understand that I am responsible for my own physical and emotional well-being during the meditation, and I will take necessary precautions to ensure my safety. Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel your participation in the Group Meditation session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full amount of the session. Refunds are only given if the session is cancelled by Lita of Love Scorpio Moon or if the session is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. No refunds or transfers are available for group meditation sessions. Cash, credit card, or online payment options are accepted. Liability Release: I hereby certify that I have read this waiver and cancellation policy and understand its content. I give myself permission to advocate for myself to feel safe and comfortable during the meditation. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and cancellation policy and agree to abide by its terms. Unless I personally express before the session, photographs or videos may be taken during this Group Meditation session for promotional purposes. By participating in this event, I consent to being recorded and authorise Lita of Love Scorpio Moon to use these recordings for promotional purposes."
